Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Coursezila website (coursezila.com), enrolling in our Web Development Course, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Important: These terms apply to all users, including students, parents, guardians, and visitors.

Enrollment & Payment Terms

Course Fee

The course fee for the Web Development Mastery Program is ₹2999 (Indian Rupees). This fee is for the entire 2-month duration of the course.

Payment Schedule
  • Full payment of ₹2999 is required at the time of enrollment
  • No installment options are available at this time
  • Payment must be completed before course access is granted

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • Net Banking (All major banks)
  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)

Live Classes

60+ hours of live interactive sessions with industry experts

Recorded Sessions

Lifetime access to all recorded class videos

Assignments

Weekly assignments with personalized feedback

WhatsApp Support

24/7 doubt clearing via dedicated WhatsApp group

Course Schedule: Live classes are held Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM IST. Recordings are available within 24 hours.

Refund Policy

Full Refund

100% refund if requested within 7 days of enrollment and before first live class

Partial Refund

50% refund if requested after 7 days but before 14 days of enrollment

No Refund

No refund after 14 days of enrollment or after accessing course materials

Note: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain professional behavior during live classes and in WhatsApp groups:

Be Respectful: Treat trainers and fellow students with respect
No Disruptions: Mute microphones when not speaking
No Recording: Do not record or share class recordings without permission
No Spam: No promotional content in WhatsApp groups
Punctuality: Join classes on time
Submit Assignments: Complete assignments by due dates
Violation of conduct may result in removal from the course without refund.

Certification Policy

To receive the Course Completion Certificate, students must meet the following requirements:

Minimum 75% attendance in live classes
Submit 80% of assignments
Complete Final Capstone Project
Pass the Final Assessment with 60% or higher
Certificates are issued within 15 days of course completion and can be verified online.

Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, code samples, assignments, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Coursezila.

You MAY NOT:

  • Share course materials with non-enrolled individuals
  • Republish or distribute course content online or offline
  • Sell or license course materials to third parties
  • Use course content to create competing courses

You MAY:

  • Access course materials for personal learning
  • Use code examples in your own projects
  • Share your certificate with potential employers

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coursezila shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Technical issues beyond our control (internet outages, power failures, etc.)
  • Results or outcomes of using skills learned in the course
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the course.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your course access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of code of conduct
  • Sharing course materials without authorization
  • Harassment or inappropriate behavior
  • Non-payment of fees
No refund will be provided for termination due to violation of terms.
