- Refund requested within 7 calendar days of enrollment
- You have not attended any live class yet
- You have not downloaded any course materials
- Your request is submitted via official channels
No questions asked! If you change your mind within the first week, we'll refund your full payment.
Partial Refund (8-14 Days)
You may receive a 50% refund if:
- Refund requested between 8-14 days of enrollment
- You have attended less than 5 classes
- You have accessed course materials
The 50% deduction covers administrative costs, payment gateway fees, and resource allocation.
No Refund Situations
No refund will be issued in the following cases:
- After 14 days from enrollment date
- After attending 5 or more live classes
- Violation of Terms & Conditions or Code of Conduct
- Sharing course materials without authorization
- Requesting refund after certificate issuance
- Chargeback requests without prior communication

Payment gateway charges (typically 2-3%) are non-refundable as they are charged by third-party providers. Full refunds exclude gateway charges.
